COCONUT MILK LATTE
Ingredients:
- 8 oz strongly brewed coffee or 2 shots of espresso
- 1 cup canned coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- Dash of vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare your coffee or brew two shots of espresso. Divide between two mugs.
- In a mason jar, combine the coconut milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and brown sugar. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for one minute.
- Remove the lid and microwave the jar for 30 seconds.
- Pour or spoon the frothed coconut milk over the prepared coffee or espresso.
- Stir gently and enjoy your homemade coconut milk latte.
