COCONUT MILK LATTE

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz strongly brewed coffee or 2 shots of espresso
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Dash of vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare your coffee or brew two shots of espresso. Divide between two mugs.
  2. In a mason jar, combine the coconut milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and brown sugar. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for one minute.
  3. Remove the lid and microwave the jar for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour or spoon the frothed coconut milk over the prepared coffee or espresso.
  5. Stir gently and enjoy your homemade coconut milk latte.
