PIÑA COLADA
Ingredients:
- 120 ml pineapple juice (or 90 g frozen pineapple chunks)
- 60 ml white rum
- 60 ml full-fat coconut milk (shake well before use)
- Ice cubes
- Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry for garnish
Instructions:
- If using fresh pineapple, freeze 90 g (about 7 cubes) of pineapple chunks.
- In a blender, combine the pineapple juice (or frozen pineapple), white rum, coconut milk, and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the tropical delight.
