PIÑA COLADA

Ingredients:

  • 120 ml pineapple juice (or 90 g frozen pineapple chunks)
  • 60 ml white rum
  • 60 ml full-fat coconut milk (shake well before use)
  • Ice cubes
  • Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions:

  1. If using fresh pineapple, freeze 90 g (about 7 cubes) of pineapple chunks.
  2. In a blender, combine the pineapple juice (or frozen pineapple), white rum, coconut milk, and ice cubes.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into a chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy the tropical delight.
